A fast, furious and hilarious exercise class with a great instructor, very skilfully tailored so that all age groups and all abilities can participate at an appropriate level for each individual. Classes at various times in various venues, so easy to find a convenient one. Plus knowledgeable advice for everyone on nutrition and healthy eating, and a weight loss programme immediately before the exercise class for anyone who wishes to participate. All for very reasonable fees - extremely good value for money.
