We used the kitchen/bathroom/store appalling company workers made mess everywhere turned bedroom into a workshop whilst refitting en/suite and family bathroom, Drilled through bathroom wall into bedroom and left us to find it all brick and plaster found in this newly decorated bedroom all laying on newly fitted carpet. Their answer these things happen, Husband said leave it I will redo wall when they left for the day found they had been in dirty boots ect and bodged it up, He had to redo it properly, Complained about poor shower flow told its due to water pressures, Having paid part bill on credit card claimed under section 75 consumer credit act so bank paid for a decent firm to come in and replace shower and the faulty toilet pan they had installed. Sent the taken out shower back to maker found to be faulty by them. Avoid this company at all costs overlook the glossy sales talk.They now advertise on dream radio for work, You will have to dream if you think this outfit will ever come back once they have been paid,
