I tried their sourdough bread at a promotion and liked it so when the only independent bakers in town centre closed I e-mailed asking where I could buy their products and signed up for their news letter. I got no response, and wonder if they too have gone. As it happened I found that buying bread on the town centre market to freeze was still better than supermarket bread, and their customer service is fine.
